FAQ
Everything you need to know about working together — the services I offer, session rates, insurance details, and what to expect before we begin. My goal is to make the process transparent, supportive, and tailored to you from the very first step.
-
I work with older adolescents (ages 16+) and adults in individual therapy. Sessions are designed to meet your unique needs — whether you’re processing trauma, navigating big life transitions, or simply trying to understand yourself better. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in the way and build tools to help you move forward with more clarity and confidence.
Sessions are typically 53-55 minutes and may include elements from approaches like EMDR, parts work, mindfulness-based strategies, and relational therapy — depending on what best fits you.
-
My private pay rate is $175 per 53-minute session.
I also accept most major insurance plans through Clinical and Developmental Services, an organization I contract with for billing and administrative support.
If you plan to use insurance, I encourage you to reach out directly to your insurance company to confirm your coverage details, copay, or deductible before starting therapy.
-
I value the time we set aside together and reserve that space specifically for you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments canceled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $100 late cancel/no-show fee.

If you’re curious about working together or want to see if we’re a good fit, reach out for a brief consultation. I’d be happy to answer any questions and help you take the next step toward the kind of change you’re looking for.
